- ➤ The Kern County Sheriff's Office asked the public for help finding 17-year-old Anthony Lukenbill, who was last seen wearing a gray shirt and gray pants at his home on the 3300 block of Carnation Street in Rosamond at 8:00 p.m. on August 27th—authorities say he is at risk due to having no history of going missing.
