- ➤ Bakersfield residents have signed over 7,400 petitions calling for stricter rules at Valley Plaza Mall over unsupervised teenagers. The mall’s website now requires children under 18 to be accompanied by an adult, and local attorney Juan Garza said the policy might raise questions under the Unruh Civil Rights Act. 23ABC News
