- ➤ On August 17 just before 1 a.m., police responded to a shooting at Panorama Bluffs where 17-year-old Brody Davis died after being struck by a gunshot—19-year-old Sebastian Dominguez, who claimed he accidentally discharged his gun while high on inhalants, was arrested and pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder.
