- ➤ Several hundred people attended a groundbreaking ceremony downtown where 95-year-old Dolores Huerta and her son Emilio marked the launch of plans for the Dolores Huerta Peace and Justice Cultural Center — honoring local civil rights contributions — as construction is set to begin in July.
