Cal State Bakersfield held its spring graduation at Dignity Health Arena, celebrating the Class of 2026 with 1,584 bachelor's, 288 master's and 14 doctoral recipients; when combined with the fall ceremony, 3,429 students earned degrees.
The milestone was significant for first-generation graduates, said university president Vernon B. Harper Jr.
