- ➤ Bakersfield Police say they are seeking help to locate Thalina Alvarez, a 12-year-old girl who was last seen near Lowell Park on April 29 at around 5:00 p.m. and described as 4’11 and 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes, wearing a black sweatshirt with white flowers, blue jeans and carrying a black and brown corduroy backpack.
