- ➤ Saint George Greek Orthodox Church will host its inaugural golf tournament at Riverlakes Ranch on April 28. Check-in is at 10:30 a.m., lunch is at 11 a.m., play begins at noon, and dinner with raffles starts at 5 p.m.—participants pay $125 for a chance to win a $10,000 prize for the first hole-in-one and prizes for closest to the hole and longest drive, with all proceeds benefiting the church. - ➤ Bakersfield Police are asking for help finding 12-year-old Noah Serna — who was last seen April 11 in the 1600 block of East Truxtun Avenue and is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes — as he is considered at-risk. KGET
- ➤ The Kern County Sheriff's Office is asking for help finding 16-year-old Ka'lanaih Laura-Sharai Thomas who was last seen near her home on April 11 at 8 a.m.—she is Black, 5 ft 11 in tall, weighs 130 lb and is known for wearing a royal blue Nike hooded sweatshirt. Bakersfield Now
- ➤ The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help finding 16-year-old Ka’lanaih Laura-Sharai Thomas who went missing Friday at around 8 a.m. April 11 near her home — she was described as 5 feet, 11 inches tall, weighing 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes and was last seen in a royal blue Nike hooded sweatshirt, so anyone with information is urged to call 661-861-3110.
